Start Up and Operation of the New Cidra Water Treatment Plant - Puerto Rico Infrastructure Authority

Operation and Maintenance of the new 7.0 MGD Cidra Water Treatment Plant.  Provide Training to the plant personnel.  Perform water quality analyses and submit reports to the regulatory agencies.  Develop strategies for the operation of the plant and to optimize the treatment process.

 

Capacity Development Project - Department of Health

 

Preparation of a guide manual for Capacity Development in small systems. Present strategies to be used by these systems to acquire and maintain technical, administrative and financial capacity.  Explain and begin the capacity process in three small systems.  Perform the following activities:

 

Sanitary Survey

Identification of the factors that limit the system performance and compliance

Preparation of the Capacity Development Strategy

Technical Financial and Administrative Assistance
